Technical Information

- Anonymized error and performance logs
- Anti-fraud and abuse-prevention signals
Commerce Data
- QuizCoin spending and reward redemptions (gift cards, mobile top-ups, payouts)
- Payment metadata (tokenized — full card numbers are never stored)
- KYC details where required by law for cash payouts (handled by our verification partners)
How We Use Your Data
Service Delivery
Running matchmaking, awarding QuizCoins, syncing your wallet across devices, and delivering customer support.
Safety & Security
Detecting cheating, preventing fraud, and keeping leaderboards honest. We use automated systems plus human review when signals warrant.
Improvement & Analytics
Understanding how players use QuizVerse so we can fix bugs, improve quiz quality, and ship new features. Aggregated and anonymized wherever possible.

Active Accounts
Retained while your account is active, plus up to 2 years for security and legal compliance.
Deleted Accounts
Most personal data is deleted within 30 days of an account-deletion request. Limited records may be retained for legal or financial obligations.
Aggregated Analytics
Anonymized, aggregated metrics may be retained indefinitely for product research.
Legal Holds
Data may be retained longer when required by law or active legal proceedings.

Privacy Rights

Third-Party Processors
We share data only with service providers strictly required to operate QuizVerse — including authentication (Google / Apple), payments (Razorpay, Stripe), KYC verification (Didit), analytics (anonymized), cloud infrastructure (AWS), and email delivery (Beehiiv, Resend). Each is bound by data-processing agreements and is not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Children
QuizVerse is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account promptly.
